1. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver all across India, including metro cities, towns, and most rural areas.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order on our courier partner’s website.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can email us at info@voltechengineers.in to request a cancellation or change. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

5. What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, along with a photo of the issue. We’ll assist you with a replacement or resolution right away.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. All payments are processed securely.

7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
